Built by aviators. Engineered like a mission.
PilotBridge exists because high-stakes operators and serious pilots deserve infrastructure that respects their time, their standards, and their safety.
A veteran's approach to contract aviation.
PilotBridge was founded by a U.S. military veteran who spent years inside the kind of high-tempo flight operations where "we'll figure it out tomorrow" is never an acceptable answer.
After watching Part 91 and Part 135 operators repeatedly struggle to source qualified, type-rated pilots on short notice — and watching skilled contract pilots lose trips to outdated agencies and word-of-mouth networks — the playbook was clear: build the marketplace the industry already needed, with the discipline and clarity of a military operations center.
Every part of PilotBridge (the FAA verification pipeline, the SMS-first offer engine, the marketplace, etc.) is built on one belief: aviation deserves better infrastructure, and the people running and flying these aircraft deserve to be treated like the professionals they are.
Three principles. Non-negotiable.
Safety is the product
Every credential, every type rating, every medical — verified before the offer goes out. No exceptions, no shortcuts.
Speed without compromise
Mission-grade response times. Pilots get matched in minutes because operators can't wait hours.
Built for aviation, not adapted to it
Every workflow, verification step, and matching rule is designed around Part 91 and Part 135 operations from day one.
