PilotBridge was founded by a U.S. military veteran who spent years inside the kind of high-tempo flight operations where "we'll figure it out tomorrow" is never an acceptable answer.
After watching Part 91 and Part 135 operators repeatedly struggle to source qualified, type-rated pilots on short notice, and watching skilled contract pilots lose trips to outdated agencies and word-of-mouth networks. The playbook was clear: build the marketplace the industry already needed, with the discipline and clarity of a military operations center.
