Roles
PilotBridge acts as a processor for operator-controlled data and as a controller for platform account data.
Subprocessors
Current subprocessors and data sources: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Cloud hosting provider (infrastructure), and the FAA Airman Registry (public registry matching and data synchronization).
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, production logging, and documented incident-review procedures.
