Airman registry matching
A pilot's legal name is matched to an active FAA public registry record. Supported certificate, rating, type-rating, and medical fields are imported with provenance and synchronization timestamps; the match does not independently confirm identity or the pilot-provided certificate number.
Data freshness
FAA-derived fields show their source and last synchronization time. Pilot-entered experience remains separate from FAA-derived registry data.
Audit trail
Every offer, acceptance, and contract is logged with timestamped FAA registry-match or manual-review status for operator audits.
Operator responsibility
Operators remain responsible for confirming pilot suitability for each Part 91/135 operation.
